Restore your Ziber ID

Have you deleted your Ziber ID but want to restore it?

You can reactivate your Ziber ID—as long as it's within 90 days of deletion.

How to restore your Ziber ID

  1. Open the Kwieb app to reach the login screen.

  2. Log in using the email address associated with the deleted Ziber ID.

  3. Tap “Restore my Ziber ID”.

Confirm your email address

  1. Re-enter the same email address used for the deleted Ziber ID.

  2. Tap “Restore my Ziber ID” again.

You will receive an email with a recovery link. Click the link to confirm the restoration.

Set a new password

After confirming, you’ll receive a second email prompting you to set a new password. Once completed, you can log in to Kwieb again with your restored Ziber ID.
