Delete your Ziber ID

You may want to delete your Ziber ID—for example, if your child has left the school and you no longer use the Kwieb app for parents.

Permanently deleted after 90 days

Your personal data will be permanently removed from the Ziber platform 90 days after deletion. ⚠️ Important: If you use the same Ziber ID for other Ziber services, you will also lose access to those services.

How to delete your Ziber ID

1. Open the Kwieb app.

2. Tap your profile picture in the top left to open your profile.

3. Scroll down and tap Delete Ziber ID.

4. Confirm by tapping Delete Ziber ID again.

5. A warning message will appear—tap Delete once more to confirm.

Your request will now be processed, and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
