Edit your child’s profile

To access your child’s profile in the Kwieb app:

1. Tap your name at the top left of the screen to open your profile.

2. Under Your children, you’ll see all the children linked to your account.

3. Tap on the child you want to edit.

4. Then tap “Edit profile” to open the child’s profile settings.

Name and Group(s)

Your child’s name and group information in Kwieb are managed by the school team. These details are entered by the school and cannot be changed directly by parents in the app.

In the child’s profile, you can view:

• Your child’s full name

• The group(s) they are assigned to

• The school team members linked to those groups

❗If any of this information is incorrect, please contact the school directly. They can update their records, and those changes will automatically reflect in Kwieb.

Update your child’s photo

Each child in Kwieb is initially assigned a monster avatar by default.

• Tap the camera icon next to the avatar to replace it with your own photo or an image of your choice.

• If you later delete the photo, the original monster avatar will be shown again.

• You can change or update the image at any time.
