Edit your personal information

In the Kwieb app, you can easily update or complete your personal profile—for example, by uploading a new profile photo or changing your name and contact details.

How to edit your profile

1. Open the Kwieb app.

2. Tap your name at the top left of the screen.

3. You’ll now see all the profile details you’ve entered—you can edit them directly from this screen.

Profile Photo

If you haven’t uploaded a photo, your initials will be shown by default.

To make your profile more personal and recognizable to the school team and other parents, it's recommended to upload a photo:

• Tap the camera icon to take or upload a photo.

• You can easily remove the photo again at any time.

Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Home Address

Under Personal information, you can edit your:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Home address

Tap the edit icon next to each field to make changes.

Email address change – important notes

• You’ll receive a notification at your old email address confirming that your email has been updated.

• You’ll also receive an email at your new address with a confirmation link.

• After clicking the link, you will be logged out and must log back in using your new email address and current password.
