What do the checkmarks in Topics mean?

When you send a message via Topics to the school team, Kwieb provides read confirmations using checkmarks and notification indicators. Here’s what the different symbols mean:

Grey Checkmarks

✅ Your message has been sent, but not yet read by the recipient.

Blue Checkmarks

✅✅ Your message has been sent and read by the recipient.

Green Dot

🟢 A green dot appears when a new message has been received in a Topic conversation. This means you haven’t read the latest reply yet.

These indicators help you keep track of message status and responses from the school team.
