Replying to a Topic

When a teacher sends you a message via Topics, you’ll receive a notification in the Kwieb app. From there, you can easily open the conversation and respond.

How to reply to a Topic

1. Go to Topics via the menu at the bottom of the screen.

2. A green dot indicates a new message.

3. Tap the Topic to open it.

4. Type your response in the input field.

5. Tap Send (at the top) to post your reply.

Your topics

Topics is the messaging feature within Kwieb that allows direct communication between you and your child’s teacher. Either you or the teacher can start a conversation. You’ll find all your active Topics in the bottom menu under Topics.

New message notifications

When there is a new message:

• You’ll receive a notification—depending on your settings, this could be a push and/or email alert.

• A green dot next to a Topic means there’s an unread message in that conversation.
