Has your child transferred to another school?

If your child has moved to a new school while using the Kwieb app, there are two possible scenarios:

  • The new school also uses Kwieb

  • The new school uses a different system


New school uses Kwieb

Linking your child (new school)

If the new school also uses Kwieb, you will need to link your child again. This is because the child's data is managed separately by each school and delivered to Kwieb through their administration system. The new school will send you an invitation to link your child in Kwieb.

Unlinking your child (old school)

After linking your child from the new school, your profile may show your child listed twice—once for each school. You can request Ziber to remove the old school’s connection:

  • Email support@ziber.nl

  • Include the name of the old and new school

  • Send the email from the address you use in Kwieb Alternatively, use the Feedback button (the "+" icon at the bottom of the app) so we can verify your identity.


New school uses a different platform

If the new school does not use Kwieb, you no longer need the app. Once the old school updates its administration to indicate that your child has left, Kwieb will automatically stop showing new updates.

You will still have access to your child’s past school data in Kwieb for up to two years.


Deleting your Ziber account

Would you like to delete your login account (Ziber ID) used for Kwieb? Send an email to support@ziber.nl from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We’ll take care of the rest.
