I’m unable to add my child

If you're trying to add your child to your account in the Kwieb app and it isn’t working, there may be a few common reasons. This article explains what you can check.


My code doesn’t work

If the unique code you received doesn’t seem to work:

  1. Go back to the original email or letter from the school.

  2. Carefully copy or retype the code exactly as provided.

  3. Try entering it again in the Kwieb app.

Note: The code is valid for 14 days from the date it was sent by the school. See also: My code has expired

Each child can be linked to a maximum of 4 parent or guardian accounts. If this limit has already been reached, you won’t be able to add your account until one is removed.
