Linking a child to your profile

To use the Kwieb parent app, you need to create an account (Ziber ID) and link your child(ren) to your account.

How do I link a child to my profile?

1. Receive an invitation

   • You’ll receive an invitation from the school or childcare via email, WhatsApp, QR code, or a printed letter.

   • The invitation includes a unique code for your child.

2. Download the Ziber Kwieb app

   • Use the link in the invitation to download Kwieb from the App Store or Google Play.

3. Create an account or log in

   • Open the Kwieb app.

   • Create a new account or log in with your existing Ziber ID.

4. Enter the unique code

   • If you're new to Kwieb, you'll be taken directly to the screen to link your child after logging in.

   • If you already use Kwieb and want to add another child:

     • Tap your profile icon (top left), then tap “Add a child”.

     • Enter the unique code from the invitation and tap Register.

     • Your child will now be linked to your account.

Note:

• Each parent receives their own unique code per child. A code cannot be used more than once.

• Have multiple children? You can add them one by one via Profile > Add a child.

Linking using a QR code

If the manual method doesn’t work, the teacher, childcare staff, or school administration can also link your child via QR code:

1. Make sure you have downloaded the Ziber Kwieb app.

2. Open the app and go to: Profile > Add a child > QR code scanner.

3. Allow camera access when prompted.

4. Scan the QR code shown by the teacher or administration.

5. Your child will be immediately linked to your account.
