Resetting your password in Kwieb

Do you already have a Ziber account for the Kwieb app but forgot your password? You can easily reset it from the Kwieb login screen: https://kwieb.ziber.eu

1. On the login page, tap “I forgot my password”.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

3. You’ll receive an email from Ziber (if the email is known) with a link to reset your password.

Important Notes

• The reset link is valid for 1 hour. If it expires, repeat the steps above to receive a new link.

• For security reasons, your password is never sent by email, and Ziber cannot access your password.

• This is the only way to recover your password.
