Scanning a QR Code in Kwieb

A quick way to link your child in Kwieb is by scanning a QR code. You can scan this QR code at school or childcare from the teacher, staff member, or team member using the Ziber Team app.

Add a child via QR code

1. Download the Ziber Kwieb app

   • Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

   • If you haven’t already, create an account by tapping Register account.

2. Start adding your child

   • After registration, the app will prompt you to add a child.

   • You can also do this later via Profile > Add a child.

   • Usually, you’ll receive an email invitation with a unique code to link your child.

3. Use the QR code instead

   • A teacher or team member can open a QR code for your child from their Ziber Team app (under Student Management).

   • In the Kwieb app, go to: Profile > Add a child > Scan QR code

   • Allow camera access when prompted.

   • Scan the QR code provided by the staff member.

   • Your child will be immediately linked to your Kwieb account.

Tips

• Scanning not working? Make sure the Kwieb app has permission to access your camera.

• Multiple children? Each child has a unique QR code. You’ll need to scan each one separately to link them.
