Emergency Notification in Kwieb

In case of an emergency, when the school urgently needs to reach parents, they can send an Emergency Notification.

An emergency notification consists of:

• A push notification

• An email notification These cannot be turned off by parents.

Additionally, when tapping the notification, the message will be displayed prominently in the Kwieb app.

⚠️ Note: The emergency notification remains active for 24 hours and will automatically appear on your screen when you open the app. After 24 hours, you can still view the message in the notifications overview.

How to find the emergency notification later

1. Open the menu (top right).

2. Tap Notifications to access the full list of messages, including past emergency alerts.
