Ziber Data Processing Agreement

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Ziber acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Data Controller (the educational institution). To use Ziber, the Data Controller must enter into a Data Processing Agreement with the Processor.

Ziber is a participant in the Privacy Covenant for Education and uses the Model Data Processing Agreement for educational institutions.
