Can I download photos from the Kwieb app?

Schools can share photos with you (and other parents) through the secure Kwieb app. These photos are only visible and downloadable after you log in to Kwieb with your personal account.

Anyone who is not explicitly granted access by the school cannot view or download the photos. The school (as the Data Controller) determines who may access this information. You, as a parent, can discuss and agree on photo-sharing preferences with the school, which many schools already do in consultation with parents.

Ziber, as the Data Processor, is not responsible for how schools choose to manage or share this content.

So, can you download photos?

Yes, you can download photos from Kwieb. However, you may wish to coordinate with the school to agree on how photos of your child are shared.

Tip: You are always welcome to discuss how your child appears in photos with your school team.
