Share your contact details with other parents

In the Kwieb app, you can control which parts of your profile information are visible to other parents at your child’s school.

Profile visibility: Photo, name, and relationship to your child

Kwieb gives you the option to fully hide your name, which makes you anonymous to other parents. ⚠️ Note: Some features may not work if you choose to stay anonymous.

Share your phone number, email, and address

If you’ve chosen to share your name with other parents in Kwieb, you can also choose to share your contact details, allowing other parents to find and contact you.

• Your phone number (if provided), email address, and home address (if provided) are always shared with the school team.

• You can optionally choose to share these with:

  • Parents of children in the same group(s)

  • All parents at the school

How to manage your sharing preferences

1. Open the Kwieb app.

2. Tap your profile photo (top left).

3. Go to Privacy.

4. If your name is not hidden, you’ll see options for sharing additional contact details.

By default, all options are set to red, meaning no contact details are shared with other parents. You can change these settings per item.
