How do I participate in an activity?

When you see an activity in your timeline that requests your participation, you can easily sign up via the Kwieb app.

How to participate in an activity

• Tap the activity in your timeline or calendar where the green "Participate?" button is visible.

• The activity will indicate how many participants are needed.

• Tap the "Participate?" button. Your status will change to "Attending".

1. Activity

Activities appear in your timeline and calendar. In some cases, the school or a teacher may request your participation.

2. Participation requested

If there is a green "Participate?" button next to the activity, this means a teacher is requesting help or attendance. By tapping on the activity, you can also see how many participants are being requested. Once the required number of participants is reached, the participation button disappears.

3. Attending

When you tap the participation button, your avatar will appear among the participants. In the timeline, the activity will show your status as "Participating".

Tips

• ✅ Notifications: You’ll automatically receive a (push) notification when an activity requests participation. If you’ve signed up, you’ll also receive a reminder one day before the event. Want to manage your notifications? Go to Set up notifications in the parent app.

• 📅 Add to your calendar: Easily add the activity to your personal calendar by tapping the "Add to calendar" button.
