How Does the Conversation Planner Work with Separated Parents?

• Up to four parents/guardians can be linked to a child.

• Each parent/guardian receives an invitation for the child.

• Only one time slot can be selected (together).

Up to 4 Parents/Guardians

All parents/guardians registered with the school (up to a maximum of four) will receive an invitation in Kwieb.

Invitations

When an invitation is sent, all parents/guardians linked to the child will receive it.

Choosing a Time Slot

• When one parent/guardian selects a time slot, all others receive a confirmation of the selected date and time.

• Any parent/guardian can change the date or time in Kwieb. Each time the appointment is changed, all parents/guardians will receive an update.

• When the registration period ends, the last chosen date and time will be final.

Tip: If it is desirable for parents/guardians to schedule separate meetings, this can be arranged in consultation with the teacher, who can assign an extra time slot.
