How do permission requests work with multiple parents?
If multiple parents are linked to the same child and have management rights, each of them can respond to the school's permission requests. There are three possible situations:
Situation 1: No parent has responded
In this case, the school sees the status "not yet answered", but the indicator turns red and is treated as "no consent".
Situation 2: One parent has responded
The school sees the response from that single parent, whether it is consent or no consent.
Situation 3: Multiple parents have responded
In this case:
The school sees "consent" only if all parents have selected consent.
If even one parent chooses "no consent", the school will see "no consent".
If parents give conflicting answers, Kwieb will notify you in the app so you can coordinate with each other if needed.
Tip: If the other parent has already answered the questions and you agree with their responses, you can simply ignore the request. The option to ignore will automatically appear if another parent has already completed the questionnaire.
