Viewing Absences and Leave Requests

In the Kwieb app, you can easily view your children's absence reports and leave requests.

Viewing Absence Reports

1. In the Kwieb app, tap your profile in the top left corner.

2. Under “Your children”, select the child whose absences you want to view.

3. Then tap “Absences”.

Overview with Three Tabs

You will see three tabs:

• Today: Displays ongoing absences for today.

• Upcoming: Shows planned absences, such as a scheduled appointment with a specialist.

• History: Lists all ended or completed absences.

Viewing Absence Details

• Tap on an individual absence to see more details.

• You will be able to view:

  • The reason for the absence

  • Any comment you entered

  • The start and end date

Tip

Sometimes, the teacher may report your child as sick. In that case, you will receive a notification in Kwieb. You can view this via the “Absences” section. Once your child is well again, you can mark them as recovered using the same feature.
