How do comments work on messages?

As a parent, you can post comments on messages shared by your child's teacher or school. Your comment is visible to all parents who have access to the message, as well as to the school team.

Timeline

When a message appears on your timeline, you can tap the comment icon to open the full message. From there, you can read existing comments and add your own.

Tip: Don’t see the comment icon under a message? The teacher may have disabled commenting for that specific post.

Privacy Note: If the comment icon is not visible, it could be because you’ve chosen to hide your name for privacy reasons.

Commenting on a Message

Once you’ve opened a message, you’ll see all existing comments listed below. To add your own comment:

• Type your message in the input field at the bottom.

• Tap the green button with the white arrow to post it.

You can delete your own comment at any time by tapping “Remove my comment.”

Privacy: If you don’t see the comment feature under a message, it may be due to your profile being set to “Hidden.”
