How Do I Find a New Message?

When your school posts and shares a new message with you in Kwieb, you'll be notified in several ways. You will receive a push notification, an email alert, an in-app notification, a badge alert, and the message will appear at the top of your timeline in Kwieb.

Push Notification

For every new message shared with you in Kwieb, you receive a push notification on your phone. Tapping the notification opens the Kwieb app directly with the message displayed.

Email Notification

For every new message shared with you in Kwieb, you receive an email alert in your inbox. Clicking the email will open Kwieb directly with the message in view.

Tip: Prefer not to receive email alerts for new messages?

Timeline

When you open the Kwieb app, you usually land on the timeline. The most recent messages your school has shared with you always appear at the top of this timeline. That’s where you'll find new messages.

Tip: Missed a notification? In the top-right corner of Kwieb, a small bell icon will indicate any missed notifications. Tap it to view them — you might find a new message alert there. Tap the notification to go straight to the message!
